Sunrise Employees ~ Good job !

"On June 2, 2011 the Division conducted the annual LIHTC compliance review at (Sunrise Elko Apartments). Twenty percent (six) of the resident files were reviewed. All files reviewed were in compliance. Overall, the files were complete, organized, and easy to follow.

Furthermore, the corresponding units and buildings were physically inspected. One unit(s) failed the Uniform Physical Condition Standards (UPCS). The on-site staff was provided with a list of the issue(s) and cure date period. The failed item was corrected within the allotted time frame and the unit is back in compliance with UPCS.

The property and grounds were nicely maintained and the maintenance and office staff was pleasant and helpful." (Compliance Audit Investigator Department of Business & Industry Housing Division)

Reach Out and Get to Know Your Residents

We are in a Customer Service Revolution and my advice is to stay in touch with your customers, do not avoid them! Communication, or lack of it, is a major factor in many areas, including the high divorce rate. A lack of communication between parents and teens has been linked to the alarming increase of teenage suicides. To keep any relationship healthy, an open line of communication is not optional, it is a must! Top business consultants tell us in order to create a successful business we must establish a good relationship with our customers.
